Director’s biography:

Bart was born in 1972 near Berne, Switzerland. He is married to Eva Wasem –Schär and they have three kids.
In 1994 he graduated in graphic design. Right after, Bart started creating films and shortly after he got a job offer from SAT.1, one of the biggest TV channels in Germany. From 1996 to 1999 he lived and worked in Germany.

In 1999 Bart founded with three friends the award winning broadcast and filmproduction company  ‘regardez!’. In that time he directed and designed projects for MTV Europe, ARTE France, IWC Switzerland, ZDF Germany and many more. For some projects he won awards and nominations like ADC Switzerland Bronze, Edi-Award in Gold, Silver & Bronze, Young Directors Cannes Shortlist, Promax/BDA international in Gold, Silver & Bronze.
Beside his commercial work, Bart kept working on film projects. In 2006 he released his first and awarded short film «Dark Room». Further short films followed after.

Bart currently lives near Zurich and works as a Director and Moving Image Designer for Regardez! Entertainment GmbH in Zurich.
