Imagine that all adults become zombies…
A group of teenagers are in a juvenile detention facility for troubled teens on a remote island. One day, they discover that they are alone in the facility. When one of the guardians tries to hurt them, the kids kill him accidentally and escape from the building. They quickly realize that the island is almost completely depopulated and that the few dangerous and aggressive people that they meet are infected by an unknown disease. The epidemic only affects adults. The only thing the characters can do is to never grow up.
But when do we become adults? When does our childhood end?
‘Don’t grow up’ is a fantasy horror film addressing the problem of growing up and showing the thin line between rejecting childhood and protesting against the adolescence. It is a brutal, modern story in which adults cannot teach the younger generation about anything except fear and violence.
